Project enquiries
When you contact MDM, your name, email address, and the information you provide are used to respond and discuss your requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential client records in an initial enquiry.
When enabled, the website form sends enquiries through the configured email service. It does not save enquiry content in the application database. Email copies may remain in the operator’s mailbox and email provider systems. If the form is unavailable, the contact page provides an email option.
Technical information and cookies
The website uses a session cookie to protect forms and maintain account sessions. Network information is used for temporary request limits and security checks. Hosting and network services, including Cloudflare, process connection information to deliver and protect the website.
Application logs include technical request information for diagnosing faults and investigating misuse. Credentials, cookies, and sensitive request fields are redacted by the application’s logger.
Access and retention
The operator and relevant hosting or email providers process information needed to run the website and respond to enquiries. Retention varies by record type, mailbox, and provider. Contact MDM to ask about the information associated with your enquiry or request its correction or removal; records may need to be retained for an active project, security investigation, or legal obligation.
Customer accounts
Customer accounts store your email address, profile name, verification status and sign-in sessions. Private project updates, invoice records, support conversations and preview access are associated with your account. They are available to you and the platform owner as required to provide the service.
Private previews send your question and recent conversation to their configured backend. Their evaluation notice describes the intended use. Do not enter confidential or personal information.
Records from retired applications are retained separately from the current customer interface. Contact MDM Cloud about access or removal of historical records.
AI project information
This website presents AI development services; it does not run a public AI chat assistant. A project’s model hosting, document sources, access, logging, and retention requirements are established separately during scoping.
