Terms of service

Use mdmcloud only for photos and other information you are allowed to store and share.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private, provide accurate account information, and tell me promptly if you suspect misuse. An invitation grants collection membership only after the person signs in and confirms it; that membership lasts until it is removed.

Your content

You remain responsible for what you upload. You give the service the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, show to authorized people, and moderate that content.

How the service is operated

This is a privately operated service. I, or another authorized administrator, may access accounts, collections, photos, and metadata to operate, secure, support, moderate, or meet legal obligations. Administrators cannot read your password.

Safety and enforcement

I may limit accounts, pause collection access, quarantine or remove content, preserve relevant records, and respond to valid legal requirements. Collection-owner controls do not override platform safety decisions.

Availability and backups

I do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of irreplaceable photographs.
